Harsh studied at Oklahoma State University and worked as a data scientist in Washington, D.C., before building a venture-funded business that he eventually sold. He retired at 35 — and now lives off the same kind of land investments he offers to Plotlandguide's investors.

Is there any financial obligation on the call itself?+
