Payment, Charges & Refund Policy

Payment Requirements

Every client who subscribes to the services available has to prepay the amount mentioned on the consultation call, and on successfully making of the payment, the client will be intimated of the successful payment, resulting in access to the services of Plotlandguide to the client.

Payment Methods

Plotlandguide provides an option to its clients to make a payment via electronic format. The terms of the payment along with the schedule of payment will be decided upon signing of the present contract.

Land-Lock Payment & Farmer Disbursement Clause

Once a client instructs Plotlandguide to lock a specific plot of land on their behalf, the booking/lock payment is forwarded to the concerned farmer's or landowner's account in order to secure that land and take it off the market for other buyers. Because this payment is disbursed to a third party (the farmer/landowner) immediately upon locking the land, it cannot be recalled or reversed, and the transaction becomes final and non-refundable from the moment the land is locked, regardless of the client's later decision to proceed with the purchase.

Clients are strongly advised to complete all due diligence before requesting a land-lock, as this step commits Plotlandguide and the client to the farmer/landowner and triggers the no-refund terms below.

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Plotlandguide reserves sole and absolute discretion to consider refund requests, which will be evaluated case-by-case based on circumstances of termination and client conduct.

Automatic Refund Disqualifications

Refunds will be automatically denied if the client has:

  • Requested that a plot of land be locked, resulting in payment being disbursed to the farmer/landowner's account
  • Accessed any services such as access to land papers or visitation
  • Participated in any consultation calls post-payment
  • Been added to private groups or received any deliverables

Access Equals Acceptance

By accessing any materials, or utilizing any services, the client acknowledges complete satisfaction with the service, and hereby waives all refund rights permanently and irrevocably.

Comparative Shopping Clause

Client acknowledges they have researched and compared available services before enrollment. Post-enrollment comparisons with other providers, requests for service modifications to match competitors, or dissatisfaction based on alternative offerings do not constitute grounds for refund under any circumstances.

Due Diligence Requirement

Client represents they have conducted adequate research and due diligence before enrollment, including understanding service structure, deliverables, and methodology. Failure to properly evaluate service fit, scope, or structure prior to payment constitutes acceptance of the service as offered.

Buyer's Remorse Exclusion

The following do not constitute valid grounds for refund:

  • Regret over receiving service decisions
  • Preference for alternative services discovered post-enrollment
  • Desire for different service features, structure, or delivery methods
  • Personal circumstances preventing immediate participation
  • Travel, work, or scheduling conflicts
  • Change of mind after a plot of land has been locked and payment disbursed to the farmer/landowner
